One thing I have actually noticed is the fact there are plenty of myths regarding the banking institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosures. One delusion in particular is that often the bank needs to have your house. Your banker wants your hard earned cash, not your home. They want the bucks they loaned you with interest. Preventing the bank will still only draw a new foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your write-up.
