!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations. 

 

In this talk, we will reveal the most prominent cognitive biases and explore mitigation tips to make better data-driven decisions. From Sales to Marketing and from Support to Dev we'll dive into each stakeholder, cover the most painful bias, explore how it affects the product, and how to deal with them.

    I've learned some new things through your site. One other thing I'd prefer to say is newer laptop or computer operating systems are likely to allow extra memory for use, but they as well demand more storage simply to perform. If one's computer is not able to handle more memory as well as the newest computer software requires that storage increase, it is usually the time to shop for a new Laptop or computer. Thanks

    I've learned some important things through your post. I'd also like to state that there can be situation where you will make application for a loan and do not need a cosigner such as a Federal Student Aid Loan. However, if you are getting financing through a conventional lender then you need to be prepared to have a cosigner ready to assist you to. The lenders are going to base their decision using a few variables but the most important will be your credit history. There are some loan merchants that will additionally look at your job history and make up your mind based on this but in many cases it will be based on on your ranking.
