!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    But, think on this, what if you were to write a killer headline?
    I am not suggesting your content isn't good, however
    suppose you added something to possibly get people's attention?

    Manager, AppsFlyer is kinda boring. You could look at Yahoo's front page and see how they create article headlines to grab viewers interested.

    You might add a video or a picture or two to grab readers excited about what you've got to
    say. In my opinion, it might bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
