The scope and depth of aspects of impacted individual and collective activities, range from our privacy to our education, and from our livelihood to our security. One can form dystopian or utopian views of the direction in which we are marching. This talk aims to inform the discussion.

    Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you're working with?
    I'm looking to start my own blog in the near
    future but I'm having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.

    The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something unique.

    「特別徴収」とは、「地方税の徴収について便宜を有する者にこれを徴収させ、且つ、その徴収すべき税金を納入させること」をいう（地方税法1条1項9号）。 ゴルフ場利用税は、ゴルフ場の経営者その他徴収の便宜を有する者を都道府県の条例によって特別徴収義務者として指定し、これに徴収させなければならない（同法83条1項）。 は、1人1日につき800円である（地方税法76条1項）。前記の条件を満たせば、ゴルフ場の整備の状況等に応じて、ゴルフ場利用税の税率に差等を設けることができる（同条3項）。 ゴルフ場利用税は、ゴルフ場の利用者に対して課する（地方税法75条）。
