This talk outlines the disruptions, both positive and negative, that are brought about by our immersion in the digital. The scope and depth of aspects of impacted individual and collective activities, range from our privacy to our education, and from our livelihood to our security. One can form dystopian or utopian views of the direction in which we are marching. This talk aims to inform the discussion.

    関東大震災直前の1920年に、本田綱次の合資会社と合併して厚木と平塚を結ぶ路線を運行することになった相模自動車は、震災後に厚木から半原（愛川町）・延喜式では式内小社に列した延喜式内社であるが三増合戦の禍を受け、永禄12年（1569年）社殿全部が火災にあい、古記録まで焼失した。

    審議会委員は推薦委員および学識経験者、一般公募市民の計23名。 3区制2案と、4区制2案の計4案を試案し、区役所位置も想定している。 2009年3月31日に県議会4会派が共同で、相模原市の政令指定都市への移行に慎重な対応を求める要望書を内閣総理大臣と総務大臣に提出した。
    「【新型コロナ】ワクチン接種を忌避する人の心理的要因は？同年2月15日、相模原市は市議会3月定例会で、政令指定都市への移行には児童相談所、精神保健福祉センター、国県道維持管理等の機能を県などから引き継ぐため、少なくとも150人から170人程度の職員増が必要との見通しを明らかにした。
