    First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thank you!

    When I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service? Thank you!
