  My coder is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on several websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard very good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  I believe that avoiding refined foods will be the first step to lose weight. They will taste fine, but refined foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you feed on more simply to have enough power to get throughout the day. If you are constantly consuming these foods, converting to grain and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more strength while ingesting less. Great blog post.
