!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    Thanks for your article on this blog site. From my own experience, often times softening upward a photograph may possibly provide the professional photographer with a chunk of an imaginative flare. Often however, that soft clouds isn't precisely what you had in your mind and can frequently spoil an otherwise good photograph, especially if you consider enlarging them.
