  Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky packed on the PDA as they shared a cheeky smooch at the UK premiere of her new film, The Joker:

  The singer-turned-actress, 38, who starred in the flick as Harley

  Folie à Deux will see Joaquin, 49, reprise his role

  the global box office and remains the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time.
  
  
  
  Set for release on October 4, the second instalment finds Arthur Fleck institutionalised at Arkham awaiting
  trial for his crimes as Joker.
