!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data
As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.
This is a universal pain across organizations.
In this talk, we will reveal the most prominent cognitive biases and explore mitigation tips to make better data-driven decisions. From Sales to Marketing and from Support to Dev we'll dive into each stakeholder, cover the most painful bias, explore how it affects the product, and how to deal with them.

With Spring just around the corner, there has never been a better time to

Once you have added some extra space on your beauty shelves by

Several A-list-loved brands have added innovative new items to their ranges,

artist Pat McGrath, and influencer Patrick Starrr.
British beauty pro Charlotte Tilbury has also added to her skincare line-up, releasing a resurfacing facial product that she vows
will make your skin look 'reborn'.
Here, Femail rounds up some of the most exciting launches
that have hit the shelves in recent weeks - as well as a sneak peek at some products
that will be released in the near future.
SKINCARE
Brighten up: Lumene's new Nordic-C [Valo] Fresh Glow Brightening Gel Mask ($24.99) not only looks like Spring sunshine, it will also help to bring a warm weather glow to your skin courtesy of its
'skin-brightening vitamin C', 'hand-picked wild Arctic ingredients', and 'Scandinavian plant extracts'.
Something for everyone: Skin Authority's soon-to-launch Clarifying Liquid Peel (left, $24) is the perfect way to clear out
any winter congestion, while keeping your complexion feeling
soft and hydrated. If anti-aging is your main focus, then look no further than Elizabeth Arden's new Prevage Anti-Aging Daily Serum 2.0
(center, $162), a revamped version of the brand's best-selling product, which it claims has 'four times the antioxidant power'.
For the eyes, StriVectin's Intensive Eye Concentrate for Wrinkle Plus
(right, $69) promises to 'intensively reduce the appearance of crow's feet and
under-eye lines', meaning you will walk into warmer weather with your freshest
face yet.
A-list favorite: Celebrity facialist Dr. Barbara Sturm, who
works with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Hailey Bieber,
has just launched her most powerful anti-aging product yet, the Super Anti-Aging Face Cream ($360).
According to the brand, this product will 'deliver both
immediate and long-term anti-aging results' courtesy of its unique 'biomimetic formulation' and 'potent' ingredients.
Soothe and protect: Jessica Alba's Honest Beauty's new
Calm & Heal Melting Balm (left, $32.99) is aimed
at anyone who has been struggling with dry winter skin. The formula, which
contains hydration-boosting hyaluronic acid, is incredibly soothing, and will protect your skin against any harsh environmental factors.
Meanwhile, the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Sleepair
Intensive Mask (right, $39) will help to repair and hydrate your skin overnight as you sleep, leaving you with smooth, glowing skin come morning.
Intensive: Skincare expert Kate Somerville kicked off 2021 with the
brand's biggest launch of the year, KateCeuticals, its first ever
age repair line. Part of that range includes the Kate Somerville KateCeuticals Total Repair Cream ($120), which was inspired by the popular anti-aging facial at Kate's clinic in Los Angeles and promises to 'improve the look of texture,
firmness, and suppleness'.
Glitz and glam: Not only with the INC.redible Party Recharge Hydrating Hyaluronic Under Eye Masks ($20) help to brighten and hydrate the skin under your
eyes, they will also serve as the perfect selfie accessory thanks to their glittery design.
Powerhouse trio: Three essential steps for any skincare routine include a great cleanser,
serum, and SPF, and luckily there are new launches to cover all of those categories.
First, the Image Skincare Iluma Intense Brightening Exfoliating Cleanser (left, $36),
which will boost the skin's natural 'luminosity' which also hydrating the complexion. If
dark spots are something that you struggle with then the La Roche-Posay Glycolic B5 Dark Spot
Corrector (center, $39.99), a dermatologist-tested formula
that uses glycolic acid to exfoliate and smooth the skin. After using all those acids, do not forget to layer
on the SPF - namely the Bliss Block Star Invisible Daily Sunscreen (right, $23.99) which is a great lightweight option to wear alone or under makeup.
Get that glow: Not sure how to get the perfect fake tan look?
Never fear, because these M-61 PowerGlow Peel Gradual Tan Body Towelettes ($56) are
incredibly easy to use and will leave you with a very natural bronzed look that will last all summer long.
Smooth it out: To ensure your skin is at its brightest and most radiant before the summertime, acid exfoliators are a must -
and the Lancome Clarifique Double Essence Refining Brightening Dual
Essence (left, $95), the Charlotte Tilbury Super Radiance Resurfacing Facial Treatment (right, $70), and the Drunk Elephant Protini Powerpeptide Resurf
Serum (right, $82) are all excellent options that will leave you looking
like you've just had the best facial of your life.
Speaking of acids... If you want something easy and travel-friendly, the Babor
Refine RX AHA Peel Pads ($79) are a great option that you
can grab and use on the go.
Peace: Give your skin some much needed rest and relaxation overnight, courtesy
of State of Kind's inaugural product, Kindly Restore ($65).
The 'multi-tasking sleep concentrate', which contains CBD, rosehip seed oil, and
bakuchiol oil, works to 'deeply nourish, hydrate, and repair' the skin while you get some shut eye.
MAKEUP
Pack it up: Before you buy a host of new makeup and skincare, make sure you have
somewhere neat and organized to store it all - like The Beauty Bag by Glossier, a $28 pouch
that looks incredibly fun and colorful,
and will also hold more products than you know what to
do with. The bag sold out within minutes of launching, but more will be back in stock soon so
don't dither on this must-have purchase...
Something for everyone: When it comes to lip products, legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath knows
her stuff, and the Liquilist range is no exception. This $200 lineup
of liquid lipsticks was originally released as a limited-edition launch, but recently made a
return to the Pat McGrath Labs range after hundreds of requests from customers.
Summer fun: MAC Cosmetics new Black Cherry collection immediately conjures up images of warmer weather thanks
to the bright bold colors and picture-perfect packaging - just look at the
vibrant shade of the Black Cherry Matte Lipstick (left,
$20). If bold lipsticks aren't your thing for Spring, then why not try
the Lanolips Lip Water Liquid Gold (right, $17),
a shimmering and hydrating gloss that will add the perfect glow to
your pout, without any annoying stickiness. And as far as lightweight makeup application goes, Real Techniques' Miracle Complexion Sponge (center, $9.99) is
a must-have for your beauty bag this summer - particularly as
it is now made with antimicrobial foam that fights off germs, dead skin cells, and any other nasties that come
from daily use.
Go big or go home: Freck Beauty went viral years ago with its freckle-faking formula (left, $28) - and it has now undergone a serious makeover, complete with sleek new packaging.
The formula is designed to sink into the skin, resulting in a much more natural
look than a pencil can offer. Speaking of natural, Lady Gaga's Haus Laboratories
has just launched a new eyebrow pencil - The Edge Precision Brow Pencil (right, $20) - which
offers a huge variety of shades to ensure that there really
is something for everyone.
Go for glam: Inject some serious wow factor into any
makeup look with Kiss' new My Lash But Better range, a collection of $4.99
falsies that are meant to look like an amplified version of your own lashes.
Ace of base: Give your makeup look a brilliant boost with a new primer,
like the Burt's Bees Goodness Glows Hydrating and Illuminating Primer (left, $11.99), which will add a stunning natural radiance to your complexion while One/Size's Secure the Blur Makeup Magnet Primer (right, $30) will blur and mattify the skin while
helping your other products to stay put all day long.
Full spectrum: Nars is one of the best in the business when it comes to beauty palettes, and the newly-launched Full Dimension Cheek Palette ($49) is no
exception. The four-shade offering comes complete with everything you need
to give yourself a beautiful natural glow this summer: bronzer, a
highlighter, a matte blush and a shimmering blush for
those days when you want to ramp up the radiance.
Wow factor: Now for two products that will quite literally leave you open-mouthed in awe upon your first use.
The Deck of Scarlet Metal Leaf Shadow Pot (left, $25) contains a stunning metallic eye shadow that flips to another color in the light, allowing you to achieve an amazing chameleon-esque look with just one product.
Then there's the KVD Beauty Good Apple Skin-Perfecting Hydrating Foundation Balm (right, $38), the latest makeup product to earn a place in the viral hall
of fame after stunning TikTok users with its incredible coverage.
Yeehaw! The Urban Decay Naked Palettes have been a must-have
for makeup lovers for years, and the latest addition to the range - the
Wild West Eyeshadow Palette ($49) - is definitely one of the most fun and colorful to
date.
Enhancement: If you're looking for a natural beauty boost this summer,
the Nyx This Is Milky Gloss (left, $8.50) is the perfect option. Shiny without being sticky, the formula will
hydrate your lips while also adding the most subtle of shades to your pout.
As for the eyes, the Lune + Aster RealGlow Eye Illuminator (center, $24)
will help to brighten and widen those peepers with the most
subtle of shimmers. You can also use it to highlight the brow bone and accentuate the cheekbones.
However if bright and bold is more your thing, treat yourself to a lipstick from the new limited-edition Rouge
Hermes collection (right). At $72 each, these
lipsticks are not the most thrifty on the market, but the beautiful formula
and stunning packaging make them more than worth the investment.
Genius! With many people still hesitant to get in-person manicures,
DIY nail sessions have become much more frequent.
And thanks to Essie's new Virtual Try-On Salon, the process
of picking the perfect shade for your nails has never
been easier. You can upload imagery of your own hand, or pick from a list of models, and then try on each of the brand's different shades for size.
Spring fling: Nothing screams warm weather like some bright
and bold nails, and we are obsessed with the combination of Olive & June's Hibiscus (left, $8), a bright and funky pink, and Jin Soon's Daisy (right, $18), a fresh and bold
confetti that will add a fun-loving feel to any manicure.
FRAGRANCE
Feels: We fell in love with Byredo Mixed Emotions ($270) from the moment we heard its name
- and thankfully the scent itself was just as brilliant as its witty moniker.
'Designed to reflect the tumultuous nature of our times', Mixed Emotions is a delicious blend of 'comforting' notes like maté and 'reassuring' scents
such as black tea and violet leaf. It feels like a warm, and beautifully-scented, hug every time you
apply.
Take your pick: NEST New York has just unveiled a line of perfume oils ($98) that offer a great alternative to a traditional scent.
Available in four different scents - Indian Jasmine, South
Pacific Sandalwood, Turkish Rose, and Madagascar Vanilla - there is
sure to be a fragrance in there to suit everyone.
Getaway: Until it is safe for you to fly to Fiji in person,
you can bring the tropical scents of island life into your home courtesy of Bath
and Body Works' Beachy Keen three-wick candle ($24.50).
HAIRCARE
Celebrity-approved: At last, we can all start our journey to getting hair like Jennifer Lopez courtesy of
this new hair mask created by her long-time hairstylist Chris Appleton. The Color Wow x Chris Appleton Money Masque
($45) helps to repair the locks and leave your hair looking 'smooth and glossy', just
like J-Lo's.
Smooth and sleek: After a year of lockdowns and salon closures, we are all about embracing our natural
assets, starting with our hair. And that means treating our tresses
to some extra TLC with brilliant products like the Maui Moisture Frizz Free + Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning
Mist (left, $8.99), the Gussi Hair At-Home Keratin Treatment Kit (center, $65), and the
KMS Moist Repair Hydrating Oil (right, $25)
Beach babe: Now we may have to steer clear of tropical beaches this year, but that
doesn't mean we can't achieve those much-loved
beachy waves. First, wash your locks with the John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Shampoo and Conditioner
(left, $6.99) to moisturize the locks and enhance your natural curls, and then spritz
away with the Oribe Aprés Beach Wave and Shine Spray (right,
$44), which will add the perfect amount of texture.
BATH AND BODY
Keep up with this Kardashian! Kendall Jenner has stunning pearly whites so
we are happy to take any dental care recommendation from her - including
the newly-launched Moon Essentials Fluoride-Free Whitening Toothpaste ($3.99) which promises a 'superior whitening experience' that comes complete with 'a perfectly balanced mint flavor'
Sweet dreams: Honestly, who doesn't dream of chowing down on a candy-esque gummy
before bed? And thanks to these Uncle Bud's CBD Sleep Gummies ($34.99), you can not only satisfy that sweet tooth, you can enhance your sleep at the same time.
Essentials: If you're someone who struggles with sensitive skin, then the
Dial Clean + Gentle Hypoallergenic Body Wash (left,
$3.99) could be a great option for you - plus the aloe will help to soothe
any sunburn that you suffer this summer. And if you want to dazzle people with your
smile - when it's safe to remove your face mask that
is - the Go Smile Glow on the Go (right, $89) is a must.

Aw, this was an incredibly nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to generate
a great article… but what can I say… I put things
