!Cognitive biases of the different stakeholders : Don't blame the data

As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    Thanks for your post on this weblog. From my own personal experience, often times softening right up a photograph may well provide the digital photographer with a little bit of an creative flare. Oftentimes however, this soft blur isn't what exactly you had as the primary goal and can in many cases spoil a normally good image, especially if you thinking about enlarging this.
