One thing I've noticed is there are plenty of myths regarding the banks intentions any time talking about property foreclosures. One delusion in particular is the fact that the bank wishes to have your house. Your banker wants your hard earned cash, not your house. They want the cash they gave you along with interest. Keeping away from the bank will simply draw a foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your post.
