This talk outlines the disruptions, both positive and negative, that are brought about by our immersion in the digital. The scope and depth of aspects of impacted individual and collective activities, range from our privacy to our education, and from our livelihood to our security. One can form dystopian or utopian views of the direction in which we are marching. This talk aims to inform the discussion.

    「特別徴収」とは、「地方税の徴収について便宜を有する者にこれを徴収させ、且つ、その徴収すべき税金を納入させること」をいう（地方税法1条1項9号）。 ゴルフ場利用税は、ゴルフ場の経営者その他徴収の便宜を有する者を都道府県の条例によって特別徴収義務者として指定し、これに徴収させなければならない（同法83条1項）。 は、1人1日につき800円である（地方税法76条1項）。前記の条件を満たせば、ゴルフ場の整備の状況等に応じて、ゴルフ場利用税の税率に差等を設けることができる（同条3項）。 ゴルフ場利用税は、ゴルフ場の利用者に対して課する（地方税法75条）。

    元「魚銀」の主人の娘。他の登場人物より背が低いため、コマから見切れる時には突然竹馬に乗り高さを調整されることがある。 UFOとの交信ができるらしく、螢を連れて山へUFO見物に出かけるが、帰りが遅くなり警察沙汰になってしまい、五郎らは凉子の身を案じて皆に黙っているよう頼むが、純が雑誌記者にそのことをうっかり話してしまったことから、テレビにまで取り上げられる問題に発展してしまい、再び転勤を余儀なくされてしまう。寡黙ではあるが家庭の事情で進学できない陽斗を考え進学先の話題は避けるなど気配りに長けている。受付からはじまり、配置する講演会や動画、チャット相談機能や各ブースにコンテンツを用意しなければなりません。同棲する漱石と離れている間、彼が他の女性と親密になるのではないかと不安に襲われることから彼の近くで仕事ができる散英社でバイトを始め、さらにGPSを漱石に取り付け所在地を探るストーカー気質なところがあり、碧のタワーマンションに打ち合わせで長居したときは不安を募らせマンションまで駆けつけている。
