The scope and depth of aspects of impacted individual and collective activities, range from our privacy to our education, and from our livelihood to our security. One can form dystopian or utopian views of the direction in which we are marching. This talk aims to inform the discussion.

    I have seen a lot of useful things on your web page about personal computers. However, I have got the impression that lap tops are still not nearly powerful sufficiently to be a good option if you frequently do jobs that require lots of power, for instance video editing and enhancing. But for website surfing, word processing, and majority of other frequent computer work they are fine, provided you never mind the little screen size. Thanks for sharing your thinking.
