The scope and depth of aspects of impacted individual and collective activities, range from our privacy to our education, and from our livelihood to our security. One can form dystopian or utopian views of the direction in which we are marching. This talk aims to inform the discussion.

    I believe that avoiding processed foods could be the first step to help lose weight. They may taste fine, but ready-made foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you feed on more to have enough strength to get throughout the day. When you are constantly taking in these foods, transitioning to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more vigor while having less. Great blog post.
