One thing I have actually noticed is that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the banking institutions intentions if talking about foreclosure. One fable in particular is always that the bank would like your house. The lender wants your cash, not your house. They want the money they loaned you with interest. Keeping away from the bank is only going to draw any foreclosed summary. Thanks for your write-up.
