    One thing I have actually noticed is there are plenty of common myths regarding the lenders intentions if talking about foreclosure. One fantasy in particular is the fact the bank needs to have your house. The lending company wants your money, not the home. They want the funds they loaned you with interest. Staying away from the bank will still only draw a foreclosed summary. Thanks for your publication.
