    First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that
    I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center
    yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.

    I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.

    I have observed that wise real estate agents almost everywhere are starting to warm up to FSBO ***********. They are recognizing that it's more than simply placing a sign in the front yard.
