    I believe that avoiding refined foods may be the first step for you to lose weight. They may taste very good, but highly processed foods have very little nutritional value, making you feed on more to have enough energy to get through the day. If you're constantly taking in these foods, changing to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more electricity while taking in less. Interesting blog post.
