The scope and depth of aspects of impacted individual and collective activities, range from our privacy to our education, and from our livelihood to our security. One can form dystopian or utopian views of the direction in which we are marching. This talk aims to inform the discussion.

    しかも伯孝は福山に帰つた人で、周迪の名の下（しも）にも福山と註してある。曩（さき）にわたくしは太田孟昌の名を蘭軒の集中に見、又伊沢氏の口碑に太田方（はう）の狩谷棭斎の門人なることを錯（あやま）り伝へてゐるのを聞いて、二者の或は同一人物なるべきを思つた。
    そして伯孝の蘭軒の門人であるべきことが略（ほゞ）明なるに至つた。後の入府は天保二年で、三年に帰つた。圭輔は天保五年九月二十六日に、六十三歳で歿した。菅茶山等の編した福山志料第十二巻神農廟の条にかう云ふ記事がある。 「六月十七日帰郷之御目見」と云つてある。
