Please note:
You will be able to convert an In-person ticket into an Hybrid 1 / Hybrid 2 / Online only ticket up to and including Dec 15th.
- In case you convert Two Day In Person ticket to Hybrid 1or 2 you will be entitled to a refund of 400 NIS (After a 100 NIS commission) for each ticket.
- In case you convert Two Day In Person ticket to On line only 1or 2 you will be entitled to a refund of 900 NIS (After a 100 NIS commission) for each ticket.
- In case you convert Hybrid ticket to Two Day In-Person ticket you will be charged of 500 NIS + 100 NIS commission) for each ticket.
- In case you convert Two Day On line ticket to Two day In-person ticket only, you will be charged 1000 NIS + a 100 NIS commission for each ticket.
- In case you convert Two Day In Person ticket to a single In-person ticket (1 or 2) you will be entitled to a refund of 400 NIS (After a 100 NIS commission) for each ticket.
You may switch an In-person ticket to an Online only ticket, via the registration system.
You may switch from an Online only ticket to an In-person ticket at any, approval will be granted provided vacancy at the venue.
The ProductX management team reserves the right to transfer the entire conference to a fully online conference, in the event of limitations on public gatherings.
